cryp2me.ai provides AI-powered predictions, statistical trading signals, and market analysis tools for cryptocurrency and tokenized assets. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Service offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly ($39.99) or yearly ($335.99). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C50 Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial losses from trading — arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to C50 Labs' jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed venue.
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) and when required by law.
Price and market data are sourced live from third-party exchanges (e.g., Binance). We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@cryp2me.ai.
We use browser local storage to maintain your session and subscription status. We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies.
We want you to be satisfied with cryp2me.ai Pro.
If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Yearly plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, prorated for any time used. After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable but remains active until expiry.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments are refunded as account credit or, where possible, returned to the originating wallet, at our discretion.
